VIA Outlets operate Fashion Malls across fourteen European counties. They were looking to create a new & inivitive guest digital loyalty proposition to drive footfall for their merchant concessions and allow VIA to capture key insights with which to build profiles of their guests. VIA embarked on a digital transformation project including the creation of a Data, Business Application & Guest engagement layer.
